Terms of sale & use

These terms cover buying and using Punchcard for Mac ("the app"), made by Caretopia Network Private Limited ("we", "us"). Buying or using the app means you accept them.
What you are buying
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Punchcard for personal or business purposes on up to two Macs that you own or control. It is a one-time payment of US$9.00. It is not a subscription and will not renew or bill you again.
What is included
- Unlimited receipt printing, forever.
- Every future update to Punchcard, at no additional cost.
- All paper styles, including Blueprint.
Without a license, Punchcard tracks your day for free indefinitely and prints seven receipts. After that, printing new receipts requires a license.
Your license key
After payment you receive a license key by email. Keep it; it is how the app knows the roll is yours. Do not publish, resell, or share it. We may deactivate a key that is being distributed publicly or used well beyond two Macs.
What you may not do
- Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or your license key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Remove or alter the license checks, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
We keep all intellectual property rights in Punchcard, its name, its artwork and the receipt design. You keep everything your own receipts contain; that is your data, and it never leaves your Mac.
Payment, tax and invoices
Payment is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo handles the transaction, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues your invoice. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply a conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee that is outside our control.

Updates and availability
We intend to keep improving Punchcard and to keep it working on current versions of macOS, but we cannot promise any particular feature, timeline, or indefinite compatibility with future Apple releases. Features may change between versions.
Warranty and liability
Punchcard is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. It is a charming record of your day, not a timekeeping system of record; do not rely on it for payroll, invoicing, legal, or compliance purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect statutory consumer rights you may have where you live.
Ending the license
You may stop using Punchcard at any time by deleting it. We may terminate a license for a material breach of these terms (chiefly redistributing your key), and where we do so without cause we will refund you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your own country.
